Setting up 2FA on your account is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Go to Profile
On the left-hand menu, click on Profile to expand the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Select Two-Factor Authentication
Under the Profile section, click on Two-Factor Authentication.

Step 3: Enable 2FA
On the Two-Factor Authentication page, click the "Enable two-factor authentication via Google Authenticator" button.

Don't have an authenticator app yet? You can use any of the following:
Step 4: Scan the QR Code
A QR code will appear on screen. Open your preferred authenticator app and scan the QR code to link it to your account.
Step 5: Enter the Verification Code
Enter the 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app to confirm and complete the setup.
Step 6: 2FA Successfully Enabled
Once confirmed, 2FA will be active on your account and you will be required to enter a verification code each time you log in.
Important Note:
Please be informed that enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is optional and is not required to log in to the CG Client Portal. However, we strongly recommend enabling 2FA, as it provides an additional layer of security for your account. For withdrawal requests, you may verify the transaction using either 2FA or the OTP PIN sent to your registered email address.
