Withdrawal Security & Rules:
Verification Code: For your safety, do not use your login password. Instead, a 6-digit unique code will be sent to your registered Email or SMS to authorize the transaction.
Return to Source: To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, funds must be withdrawn to the same method used for the initial deposit.
Profit Withdrawals: Profits exceeding the initial deposit amount may be withdrawn via any supported method, provided the receiving account is in the account holder's name.
Withdrawing with Open Positions
You may request a withdrawal while you have active trades, provided you have sufficient Free Margin.
Max Withdrawal = Free Margin (Equity - Used Margin).
Please ensure your remaining margin is adequate to maintain your open positions.
If your Free Margin is insufficient, the request will be automatically declined.
Broker-to-Broker Transfers
Direct transfers between different brokerage firms are not supported.
All transactions must be conducted through the approved payment methods in your Client Area.
